I have been appointed as a member of of the working group 2 of the Communications and Information network Association of Japan's Web Accessibility Infrastructure Committee. (CIAJ's WAIC)

This committee is the succeeding body of the The Web Accessibility Working Group of CIAJ, which I was a part of. The purpose of WAIC is to develop an infrastructure for improving Web accessibility in Japan based on JIS X 8341-3:2010, a set of Web accessibility guidelines originally published in 2004, and revised on August 20 2010.

The aim of the working group I join is to provide information which is necessary in order to implement JIS X 8341-3:2010 conforming Web content, as well as to discuss related issues.
